Description

Beautiful specimen of good size of centimetric crystals of green to yellow pyromorphite on quartz crystals a little oxidized. A few crystals of white lamellar baryte complete the ensemble. The majority of the faces of the specimen show pyromorphite crystals.

A high quality mineral with almost no defects.

The pyromorphites of the old lead mine of Farges (today inaccessible), in Ussel in Corrèze are famous in the whole world.
