Large stibine crystals on gangue from the Valfleury vein, near Albuzy in the Loire department. Unusual.

Ferdinand Gonnard (19th century) quoted ” One of the oldest working mines in (La Loire)According to a report by Jars le Fils, the Valfleury (or Valfleurie) mine yielded considerable profits around 1765. This vein was also reported by La Tourrette and, later, according to Drian, Thiollière collected samples of stibine in the Lazaristes garden at Valfleury.”
