Very fine, well-individualized, sheafed stibine crystals on quartz matrix from the Ty Gardien mine, Quimper, Finistère.

The Ty Gardien mine in Le Moulin, Quimper, was mined by a downhill conveyor in the 1970s. From 1970 to 1975 by BRGM, and from 1981 to 1983 by Société des Mines de Chéni; for a production of 565 tonnes of antimony.

An exceptional specimen, as such quality is hard to find on the market.
