Exceptional set of prehnite crystals in balls, perfectly differentiated from the gangue, colored and brilliant, on a black gangue (basalt?).

Specimen from the Boylestone quarry in Scotland, UK, a quarry that has provided many prehnite specimens. However, we reach here the best quality of the prehnites found at this place.

Discovered in 1973.
