Description
Remarkable 19th century specimen from the Lercheltini (or Lärchultini), near Binn, in the Binntal valley in Switzerland.
It’s a combination of black magnetite crystal and honey-yellow anatase on gneiss gangue. The anatase crystal measures nearly 1.5 cm.
The side with the anatase was glued back together (at the time).
