Minerals from the Michel Maigrot collection (1950-2019), he was one of France’s leading mineral collectors in the 1970s and 1980s, as well as a first-rate researcher/grater. In this respect, he was probably the first “professional” researcher in France. He opened a private museum in the Château de Joyeuse in Ardèche, which we bought outright in the 2000s.
